Jai and his dedicated team warmly welcome you to the enchanting InSitu Café. Along with our sister establishment, Wetlands Eatery in Parklands, we are committed to using fresh, seasonal flavours. Our menu, delectable cabinet treats, and catering options are crafted using locally-sourced ingredients as much as possible. It really does make a difference!
We serve delectable All Day Breakfasts, Lunch and Brunch, complemented by specialty barista-made hot drinks. InSitu Café is also known for the quality of our artisan Coffee, and baristas. Our café regulars say that if they miss their morning coffee from us, the day just doesn’t feel quite right!

InSitu Café owner, Jai, is currently overseeing Wetlands Eatery but he still loves popping into InSitu – now managed by Mary. She and the team ensure InSitu is still the same welcoming café with amazing food, that it always was!

Functions & Catering
InSitu Cafe is perfect if you need a modern, inviting function venue with in-house catering. InSitu can be hired for private functions from 4pm to 9pm (catering provided by InSitu Cafe).
If you have your own venue, we can bring scrumptious catering to your venue, workplace or home. Or you can pick the catering up from InSitu Café.
Family-friendly café & location
InSitu Café is well used to having children around, because we are at 2/239 Opawa Road, right by Jurassic Adventure – where children and adults can play Mini Golf, search for ‘Dinosaur bones’ in the Dino Dig, experience the T-Rex Ride, and (coming soon) The Raptor Run: the world’s first dinosaur themed maze and Raptor hunt!
